I would like to buy the products in bulk, what is the procedure?

How do I know if the product is suitable for my skin?
It is advised to test the product on a patch or on your skin. Skin products can be sensitive depending on your skin, before any purchase we advise customers to read the instructions and ingredients. We advise customers before buying a skin product, it is recommended to read this before use.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after the order has been placed. Please contact us at: info@crownblue.nl . Please include the following information in your email: name, address, date & order number.
What shipping options are available?
The company has signed a contract with another logistics company Post NL. All shipments will be carried out by Post NL.
Does Crown Blue ship internationally?
Yes, but it depends on the logistics company. Due to the import policy of some countries, the shipping of certain products may be prohibited. For more information or such an order, please email info@crownblue.nl, so that the company can provide all the information about the products and promotion.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept (debit or credit) hosted by IDEAL & PayPal.
What is the return policy?
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any event not later than 7 days after we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
If the product is still sealed (unused) and in its original packaging. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
